1. Order preparation

All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Checking and quality control

Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to make sure it is compliant and in perfect condition.

All parcels are filmed while being prepared, to ensure traceability and to prevent unfounded claims.

3. Shipping methods

Orders are shipped through our carrier partners, including DHL and the postal operator of your country.

Every parcel includes a tracking number, which is sent to the customer once the parcel has shipped.

4. Delivery times

United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: between 5 and 10 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates. They may vary depending on where you live, peak periods, or delays outside our control (strikes, public holidays, customs, and so on).

5. Shipping costs

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

6. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided.

Align cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, the cost of sending it out again is payable by the customer.

7. Loss or damage in transit

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within a maximum of 7 calendar days of receipt, or of the expected delivery date:

Once an investigation has been opened with the carrier, Align may, depending on the case and after verification, provide a replacement product or a refund.

8. Delivery restrictions

Align delivers to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Orders placed outside these territories cannot be accepted.
