The adhesive is designed to be gentle on the skin and to come off cleanly. If you know your skin reacts easily, apply the tape over a thin layer of clothing rather than directly on the skin.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin, do not sleep with it on, and take it off straight away if it feels too hot or uncomfortable. If you have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensation in the area, ask your doctor first.
